You need a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) and a valid Driving License matching the vehicle type. For bikes above 50cc, a motorcycle license is mandatory.
Yes, a refundable security deposit of ₹500–₹1000 is collected at the time of pickup, depending on the bike model. This is fully refunded upon safe return of the bike.
Yes! We allow intercity and interstate travel across Northeast India — Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, etc. Just let us know your travel plans when booking so we can prepare the required permits.
Yes, two helmets (rider + pillion) are included free of charge with every rental. Rain gear, bungee cords, and phone mounts are available as add-ons at a nominal charge.
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of any mechanical issue, call us and we'll either get it fixed on-the-spot or provide a replacement bike as quickly as possible, depending on your location.
